We require a $25 deposit for each night you are reserving, then you pay the balance before or when you arrive. We accept checks and/or credit cards.
Use the form below and BUY NOW button to pay your deposit or balance due. It will take you to a SECURE PAYPAL site where you can enter your credit card details. (You do not have to have a Paypal account).
Then we will send you a CONFIRMATION REPORT confirming all the details and with directions to the Hale.

If you like you can use the same form to pay your balance before or after you check in for your convenience. The balance will be on your confirmation report. Or you can pay us in person, with cash, check or credit card when or after you check in. |

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Deposits are refundable if you notify us 30 days prior to your reservation for stays of four nights or less and for longer stays, you must notify us 60 days in advance to receive a refund of your deposit. (A $25 cancellation fee, plus all credit card processing fees will be deducted.) There is no charge to extend your reservation or to re-schedule your reservation for the equal amount of nights at the same location. If you are unable to notify us within the required 30 to 90 day period, you can use your deposit as a credit in the future at the same location or if we can re-book your room(s) we will refund your deposit less the $25 cancellation fee and all credit card processing fees. If you cancel without notifying us within 24 hrs of check in, you will be expected to pay for the first night of your reservation and the cancellation fee.
